Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements and processes. Assess the feasibility of implementation and manage project scope.
- Prepare project documentation, including Requirement Specifications and Use Case Specifications. Adhere to the project scope, update the requirement traceability matrix, and address out-of-scope issues.
- Develop technical design specifications and translate them into process/program specifications. Participate in design review sessions.
- Implement changes to configurable items, including hardware, software, and documentation.
- Engage in coding and code review processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365.
- Proficiency in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, and SSRS, including plugins, scripting, and form creation.
- Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints (preferred).
- Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
- Knowledge of the O365 platform, including features that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, such as SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote.
- Experience with SSIS or other ETL technologies.
