Responsibilities
1. Attend to corporate travel enquires
2. Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing
3. To maintain & update the corporate client’s profile in the system
4. Handling invoicing and billing matters, including following up with outstanding payment
5. To provide administrative / operational support to the team and train the junior
6. Able to take on adhoc travel duties.
7. Seek and maintain client relationship
8. Strong Customer service level
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
2. Minimum 3 Year Of Work Experience In Similar Role. Fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
4. High Integrity And Ethics
5. Demonstrate Initiative, Resourcefulness, Good Organizational And Time Management Skills
6. Meticulous And Able To Work Under Pressure
7. Strong Problem Solving Skills
8. Corporate image preferable
9. Proficient in Microsoft Exel, Power Point, Words and 360
10. Able to execute Amadeus or Sabre booking system
