On behalf of our client we are looking for Technical Lead ServiceNow
to work on one on one basis on various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and roadmap of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide strategic direction for the implementation, integration, and customization of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and others.
- Define and enforce governance models for the development and use of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and system designs.
- Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications, custom workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry trends to ensure the architecture evolves with new capabilities and technologies.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to system scalability, performance, and security, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow and a strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including module customization, development, and integration capabilities.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules, along with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs for developing custom solutions and workflows.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, and third-party tools) and data management.
- Ability to design robust, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
