Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing inventory and procurement processes
- Harmonizing and streamline inventory and procurement processes.
- Overseeing and handling agreements and service contracts.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and service contracts.
- Coordinate with legal teams and maintain accurate records of all agreements and service contracts.
- Track contract performance against agreed service levels and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a detailed service guide that includes information about lab services, methodologies, and contact details.
- Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies of all supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Science, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Alternatively, a diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field combined with extensive experience may also be acceptable.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a laboratory setting
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to track performance, manage timelines and ensure deliverables.
