On behalf of our client we are looking for ServiceNow developer to
work on one on one basis on various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions based on business needs.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports to support the delivery of IT services.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhance existing modules, such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Perform integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes and enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to gather and refine requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, ensuring the platform is optimized and compliant.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior team members.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development and administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security (roles, ACLs, data policies).
