We are seeking a highly skilled 3-D Modeling and Rendering Specialist to join our team, focusing on commercial, hospitality, and food & beverage (F&B) interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using industry-standard software to create detailed and visually appealing 3-D models and renderings. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and V-Ray (or equivalent software), and the ability to assist in developing and refining design layouts into practical, effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
3-D Modeling & Rendering:
- Create accurate and detailed 3-D models of interior spaces based on design specifications and architectural drawings.
- Develop high-quality renderings to visualize design concepts and assist in decision-making processes.
- Design Development:
- Collaborate with design teams to translate design ideas and concepts into workable 3-D models and visualizations.
- Provide creative input to enhance design solutions and improve the overall quality of visual presentations.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and V-Ray (or equivalent) to produce detailed drawings, models, and renderings.
- Ensure models and renderings meet project standards and specifications.
Project Support:
- Assist in the development and modification of design layouts to address practical considerations and client requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and presentations, offering insights and adjustments as needed.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Communicate effectively to address feedback and make necessary revisions to models and renderings.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 Year experience in 3-D modelling and rendering of commercial/hospitality/F&B interior projects.
- Must be proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, 3D Max and V-ray or equivalent.
- Able to assist in developing the design and layouts into workable solutions.
- Interior Design experience preferred.
