RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively investigate, negotiate and resolve claims regardless of its complexity.
- Provide technical expertise to the Financial Line claims team in Asia.
- Ensure claims are handled within authority limits and in adherence with internal guideline.
- Understanding of relevant legal processes and procedures and litigation management.
- To manage brokers, clients and relevant stakeholders
- To negotiate and deal with contentious situations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder
- Legal background is an advantage
- Direct experience in handling different classes of Financial Lines/Casualty claims
- 5-7 years related working experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes
- Experience in handling legal cases
- Able to work independently
