Responsibilities:
• Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, etc.
• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AR billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliation, staff reimbursement, etc.
• Preparation of financial and management reports, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliation, and submit quarterly GST returns
• Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto-Count would be an added advantage
• Meticulous, careful, and possess an eye for details
• Independent and team player
