Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical-related works at site such as Design for ventilation of different areas and airflow calculations.
- Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc, required for all mechanical and related works.
- Interprets drawings, contract document and applicable standards or specifications.
- Preparation of method statement and drawing for mechanical and related works.
- Coordinate with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspections of works.
- Preparation of site daily reports, inspection request and all relevant progress monitoring report.
- Ensure all the works done are in accordance to the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Testing, commissioning and maintenance of all equipment on site.
- Familiar with engineering software such autocad, solidworks, revit, sketchup etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant Degree in the relevant field subject.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in construction projects.
