As International Retail Education Manager, Asia Pacific, you are someone who is passionate about the world of perfumes and customer experience and you will oversee the transmission of product knowledge and infusion of brand DNA to both our retail and central teams. In close collaboration with the Retail Education department at central level, you will help support the acceleration of the Fragrance portfolio in Asia Pacific by designing and deploying training tools dedicated to brand culture and perfumes.
MISSIONS
Retail Education:
Develop innovative, engaging, immersive, sales practical oriented blended training packages (on & off line) for designated fragrance category in line with market needs to support business growth:
- Drive key pillars and new features in support of the marketing plan
- Upskilling of our Beauty Consultants (BCs), from junior BC of 3-axis status to Perfume Expert status: the art of selling, expertise, services, storytelling, etc
- Co-develop and co-facilitate regional training seminars and participate in the organization and facilitation of international training seminars.
- Monitor the implementation of training courses and support the markets daily to guarantee their implementation in Asia Pacific.
- Consolidate and analyze market needs and feedback via launch reports and monitoring of key indicators.
- Ensure the updating of training tools.
- Identify external partners to design and implement programs in line with the messages and values of the house.
Private Clients:
- Participate in local and regional Private Clients events to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Local Activations:
- Be a driving force in the proposal of local activations and events.
Retail Excellence:
- Contribute to the retail excellence and work with the HQ retail teams to verify and ensure that the guidelines (VM, sales ceremony, operations, etc.) are well implemented and executed at the point of sale.
