- A Degree in Engineering(Civil and/or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board.
- At least 15 years of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects
- Report to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, and assist in managing, planning, implementation and control of projects to meet time, cost, safety and quality objectives.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible
- Lead project team and manage risks
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. Basic salary: S$12,000 to S$15,000, plus allowances.
