Job Description
- Overall responsible for daily project management and administration.
- Responsible for execution of project closure.
- Main liaison with client's lead consultant and steering committee.
- Coordinate with design team, quantity surveyor, external consultants, contractors, vendors in delivery of project.
- Meet potential clients with Business Development Manager to enquire and understand clients' need.
- Coordinate layout plan, M&E plan and visuals, prepare project schedule to clients and submit tenders for the project to clients.
- Work closely with project and construction teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects and excellent quality of work done.
- Being the key to interface between the company and clients, obtain clients' feedback and resolve project related issues such as payments etc.
- Conduct and document all scheduled project meetings.
- Oversees quality and trade contractor performance through regular inspection.
- Maintain health & safety compliance on construction sites.
- Responsible for the contract execution and P&L account of the project.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or related disciplines
- Over 5 years relevant working experience in corporate offices interior fit-out works with multi-national companies exposure preferred
- Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activities
- Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Familiar with computer software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising and controlling. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly independent, client oriented and team player
