- Job responsibility including attend meetings (Consultants, Project), project planning, monitor project and generate report to management.
- Discuss with management related job specification and procedures.
- Assist Manager to resource materials and manpower, prepare budget and directing negotiation with suppliers/subcons.
- Liaise with main contractor, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers. Ensure work progress as per schedule.
- Prepare technical materials/drawing submission. Design and plan accordingly to specification.
- Implement all project management activities and coordinate effectively with Consultants, Sub-contractors and Authorities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Directing the integration of technical/coordination activities on site and monitor site activities. Lead team player and direct coordinate and plan to accomplish,
- To carry on testing and commissioning related systems and implement corrective. To direct, instruct and supervise sub-contractor / technicians.
- Ensure the quality control of executed works and goods are of an acceptable standard. Quantities take off, material planning and scheduling. Supervision and monitoring of work progress.
- Interpret technical designs and drawings.
- Manage projects to meet agreed specifications and timeline.
- Knowledge in Telephone System, Structured Cabling System, Building Security, Fire Alarms Systems, ACMV etc
