Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on systems across the Asian region, ensuring top-notch performance.
- Conduct detailed fault analysis through alignment checks, operational balancing, and vibration analysis to pinpoint and resolve issues.
- Implement technical updates and modifications to keep the systems at the cutting edge.
- Provide top-tier technical support to customers and local partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Possess a qualification as a Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Mechatronics Engineer, or similar, coupled with several years of field service experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of mechanical measurement technology.
- A background in electrical engineering is a plus and will be advantageous.
- Be passionate about tackling intriguing challenges in electromechanical machinery.
- Be prepared for significant travel within the Asian region and occasional weekend work, with a travel ratio of around 50%.
- Exhibit a strong focus on customer satisfaction and excel in team collaboration.
- Show systematic working methods, excellent communication skills, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Thrive in a dynamic service team environment, contributing to collective success.
