Role Overview:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring full compliance with SFRS, corporate tax regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports, including comprehensive analysis and commentary on significant variances.
- Develop and provide monthly audit schedules and support both internal and external audit processes by addressing any audit-related inquiries.
- Manage the preparation and submission of corporate tax filings for the various entities, collaborating with tax agents to file annual returns.
- Address tax-related queries and manage tax audits as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and corporate tax filing requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA (or an equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial closing/reporting and audit/taxation.
- Working experience in a Charity organization will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of SFRS, Singapore tax laws, and IPC requirements.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, effective team player, and results-driven.
