- Be the first point of contact for HR related queries and maintain HR documents in compliance with company’s policy and process.
- Assist monthly payroll process/payment, regular tax filing, RSU and other payroll related matters.
- Manage and process company’s benefit programs like insurance, Flexi benefits, etc.
- Provide administrative support in resume screening, employment/staffing, people movement, on & off boarding, training and in house & agency temp management.
- Process and maintain Work Pass for foreign workers.
- Gather and research data/information; analyze and prepare specific statistic report for management and government survey as requested.
- Interpret Company and HR’s strategy and initiative as well as to do program and policy implementation.
- Support and participate in other ad hoc HR projects.
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity is:
- Be knowledgeable about HR day-to-day operations and Singapore labor law.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for providing solutions.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum Degree holder with 3 years of related experience.
- Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
