Job Scope:
- Target and estimate accuracy, working capital control, business performance (top line, costs, and EBIT), currency impact.
- Support line manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Coordinate annual target setting activities.
- Prepare and consolidate information on monthly performance based on various data sources for analysis purposes.
- Gather and compile financial data to support country on contractual negotiations, client/customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments, and other key developments.
- Coordinate strategy setting sessions and assist in the preparation of relevant information/analysis for country strategy setting and strategic projects
Job Requirement:
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience, with minimum 3 year management experience
- Relevant exposure to local and global retail environment and a proven track record of managing people, operations, and clients.
- Proven hands-on experience in SAGE accounting applications is an advantage.
