Job Scope:
- Daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clearing
- Daily Foreign exchange clearing
- Monthly FX reconciliation and analysis
- Weekly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable report update
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- GST & VAT reconciliation
- Maintain Bank Matrix for group reporting
- Create and implement SOP’s for credit card claims and control
- Support the implementation of Group Treasury policy and practices
- Other Ad hoc works
Job Requirement:
- Minimally 5 years of working experience
- MNC Accounting experience preferred
- Proven hands-on experience in SAGE accounting applications is an advantage
- Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
