Annie's All Natural, a producer of premium cultured dairy products, is seeking a dedicated and versatile Logistics and Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of our products, supporting production processes, and enhancing our logistics and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Orders (40%): Safe and efficient delivery of orders to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Production Assistance (25%): Support the production team with tasks such as preparing ingredients, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Logistics and Inventory Management (25%): Develop and oversee systems for tracking and managing inventory of supplies and finished goods. Coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock levels, and optimize logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist Co-Founder with Ad Hoc Needs (10%): Provide support to the co-founder with various tasks as needed, which may include admin, coordinating projects, or other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in delivery, logistics, or production environments.
- Ability to develop and implement systems for efficiency.
- Proactive, team-oriented, collaborative attitude, with a commitment to quality.
- Proficient at Microsoft excel, Google Forms, Sheets, and Docs
- Valid L1 Food Hygiene Certificate
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
