Job Description
- Proactively identify potential customers by exploring online business directories, leveraging referrals from current clients, and engaging in industry trade shows and conferences
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Customize product solutions to suit the specific needs of clients.
- Post-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Work with the engineering team to understand the technical details of products and to resolve customer issues
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Identify and suggest new product opportunities and improvements based on customer feedback and market demands.
Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience in a retail environment/role
- Fresh Grads are welcome
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service oriented, good team player with multi-tasking capabilities
- Willingness to travel as needed.
