Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
- Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings(construction/shop drawings, as-built etc) in relation to the project
- Attend meeting with client’s representative and consultants
- Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment
- Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference
- To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts with the Consultant and Contractor drawings
- To Consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline
- 3-5 years experience in architectural finishing works
- Competent in Autocad/BIM
