Admin Assistant

Ags Integration Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

1. Prepare, organize and manage quotation and agreement.

2. Ensure existing contracts are updated and administered.

3. Administer and maintain customer inventory agreements.

4. Administer pricing policies as determined by sales and finance team.

5. Maintain quotation database to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of projects.

6. Manage customer data.

7. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and client visits as required.

8. Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications/Experience

1. Diploma in Business / Admin / Marketing or related field.

2. Must be able to speak both English and Mandarin.

3. Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
