• Open service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
• Follow up and respond to customer questions.
• Monitoring and following up on overseas work status
• Raise purchase orders (service parts and 3rd party services)
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in SAP/Oracle
