- Adhering to company policies as set out in the service standards manual and staff handbook
- Actively up-sell and encourage the team to up-sell
- Ensuring that food served complies with kitchen standards
- Assisting management in enforcing company polic
- Ensuring that correct procedures are being followed pertaining to captain orders and billing
- Ensuring all staff are consistently performing to required levels
- Assisting in staff management in implement management directives and to train staff from service to operating equipment
- Ensuring staff are adhering to required practice on health and safety
- Performing such reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time
- Responsible for outlet opening and closing duties
- Monitorig all stock items
- Display good ethics and be enthusiastically positive in the course of duties
- Set exemplary attitude and work well with the team
