Responsibilities
- Manage & oversee workshop operations and aftersales processes for all vehicles.
- Provide technical support to distributors and fleet customers.
- Promote a harmonious and safe working environment.
- Maintain up-to-date service schedules for workshop facilities and equipment.
- Track on-time vehicle deliveries and monitor warranty claims and payments.
- Manage staff performance and coordinate inter-departmental activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission.
- Address customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with China HQ colleagues.
