Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable / Convertible)
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, ensuring ongoing and proactive communication.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer support, technical) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within assigned accounts to boost revenue.
- Propose new solutions to address evolving client needs.
- Negotiate contract renewals to maintain client satisfaction.
- Assist in creating strategic account plans to foster growth in key accounts.
- Create comprehensive service reports, detailing performance metrics, problem resolution, and client feedback.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer service, ideally in a technical or engineering-related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle complex client issues with diplomacy, patience, and confidence, reflecting high professionalism.
