Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new Fitness First members.
- Actively engage with new and existing members to obtain potential referrals
- Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs.
- Demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
- Providing support at Front of House to ensure our members receive the unparalleled Fitness First experience.
- Work as a team to successfully exceed the sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Passionate in Fitness, exercising and working out.
- Possesses a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics
- Pro-active, work well independently and in a team, sales-driven to go further.
- Any prior sales experience are welcome.
- Candidates with no experience but are sales-driven are welcomed to apply.
