We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage client accounts and plan content strategies, ensuring the successful execution of digital campaigns.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing content creation. You will plan and deliver content on time, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure that campaigns align with both client objectives and Digipixel’s high standards of creativity and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing day-to-day communication to meet client expectations.
- Oversee digital campaigns, including Google and Meta Ads, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
- Manage the content scheduling for social media platforms in line with client goals and content strategies.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, analysing data and offering actionable insights.
- Lead project management, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Content Planning:
- Develop and implement monthly content plans, tailored to clients’ marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling digital content, from social media posts to blog articles.
- Write and review copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Create detailed creative briefs for the design and content teams, ensuring brand alignment and objective clarity.
- Ideate and support ad hoc content requests, ensuring flexibility and creativity in all client campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on account management and content planning.
- Knowledge of Google & Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to write engaging copy and oversee content production that aligns with client needs and brand identity.
