Cafe supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Restaurant Manager to provide overall leadership and management to the outlet.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the outlet.
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Interact and engage with guests and assist guests with their requests.
• Ensure all customers are happy with excellent service provided and that feedback and requests are followed through to the end
• Assist in business development where required
• Oversee stock levels & ordering supplies
• Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness both indoors and outdoor
• Preparation of high quality coffees and beverages
• Proficient in latte art, or at least to a basic standard
• Calibration of coffee extraction equipment
• Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in spoken English
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Attention to details
