A new and exciting Operations Business Analyst (12 months contract) position for a financial services company in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design and implement operational improvements and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on operational findings.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on process improvements and new systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying challenges.
