Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 month contract / Semi Conductor)

2 headcount (both based in Singapore, one supporting Singapore, one supporting Korea)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake calls with Hiring Managers to candidate sourcing, benchmarking, and offer management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, leadership, and peers to create a collaborative and efficient hiring process.
  • Effectively manage high-volume requisitions while ensuring a high level of client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Source passive talent through various channels and develop strategic sourcing approaches to attract top candidates.
  • Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activities to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient processes.
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment strategies align with company needs and goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years of dynamic recruiting experience, ideally managing exempt roles in high-volume environments.
  • Demonstrated success in passive talent attraction and engagement.
  • Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative communication abilities to foster client and candidate relationships.
  • Proficient in the use of various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Business proficiency in Korean Language for one headcount, as daily tasks will require communications in Korean both verbal and written.
