Location : Farrer Road
Position : Operations Support Officer (OSO)
Contract period : Immediate (1 year)
Working hours: 6.00am to 3.00pm (inclusive of 45mins lunch break), one weekday is 6.00am to 2.30pm
Salary : $1,740 with 2-week PWM bonus - upon completion of 12 months of continuous services (subject to satisfactory performance and payment from school).

Roles and responsibilities
As an Operations Support Officer in school, she will provide operational support in various areas such as:
• Maintain the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace
• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment
• General administrative works
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials
• Assist in the preparation of apparatus, equipment and reagents for laboratory lessons (if needed)
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• A team player
• Prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties would be preferred
• Physically fit and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively
