Job Description:
- Provide various experience and activities for children including songs, games and storytelling
- Establish routines, provide positive guidance and build children's esteem
- Conducting of lessons according to centre's curriculum
- Monitoring learning progress of students
- Building good rapport with parents, staff and students
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable
- Guide, motivate and monitor Assistant Teacher/Classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks
- Follow assigned work shift patterns of the centre.
- Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Native in Japanese and English
- Experience in teaching the Japanese Language Levels (Elementary to Intermediate) is preferred
- Demonstrate Independence and creatively minded, ready to innovate and adapt in any circumstance
- Can be team-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic, and creative in your approach to teaching children
- Have a strong sense of professionalism, and are self-motivated
