Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently sewing samples and a complete garment with designs or patterns provided.
- Altering or repairing garments and other articles when necessary, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams.
- Constructing garments and other articles according to specifications.
- Inspecting garments and ensuring that garments are in good condition.
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order.
- Carry out all other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Proven sewing experience.
- Able to perform good sewing and alteration techniques
- Able to operate sewing equipment
- Effective communication skills.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities timely and efficiently in accordance to company procedures.
