Responsibilities
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Navigate through legal and certification on our products for overseas markets and ensure exports are compliant
- Formulate and execute plans for regional expansion and market entry for architectural and security glass segment
- Training staff to be based in each overseas market, in products, market and processes for sales excellence
- Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
- Travelling to various overseas markets to reach out to clients and secure contracts
- Overseas exhibitions and setup in line with branding guidelines
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Project management throughout the entire project cycle
- Handle lead generation and book appointments
Requirements and skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations/Marketing/Business Development or similar role
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
