JOB SUMMARY
As an Assistant to Relationship Manager at Hawksburn Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our relationship management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will assist in managing client relationships, providing personalized financial solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm with the flexibility of WFH arrangements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships, including client onboarding, account administration, and servicing of client requests.
· Respond to all client enquiries, instructions, and provide resolution to most issues and requests.
· Knowledge of KYC and On-boarding of Clients
· Assist in the preparation of client reports, investment proposals, and other documentation required for client meetings and reviews.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports such as contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, status of credit reviews/ renewals etc, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
· Stay informed about market developments, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes relevant to our clients' portfolios.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives, contribute to process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
· Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or sales support within a private bank.
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and regulatory requirements relevant to wealth management in Singapore.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
