Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of Foundation's strategic roadmap, including conducting environmental scans and landscape surveys to identify potential gaps.
- Develop and implement pilot programmes, establishing a pipeline of initiatives that align with the Foundation's objectives, priorities, and policies, as well as Company’s core values.
- Oversee approved programmes and projects, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes, submitting timely programme reports, and managing programme grant disbursements in compliance with governance and legal regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, partners, community members, grantees, and policymakers, to garner support for the Foundation’s initiatives.
- Plan and manage the Foundation’s operating budget, track expenses, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide support for other day-to-day operations of the Foundation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a foundation or non-profit organization, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
