Responsibilities:
- Lead talent management efforts including recruitment, workforce planning, and succession planning, while developing strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
- Oversee and maintain a robust performance management system, aligning employee goals with organizational objectives. Support managers in performance evaluation and improvement practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet hiring needs, ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage compensation strategy, including salary benchmarking, ensuring equity and competitiveness in the market.
- Handle employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
- Drive enhancements in HR policies, processes, and productivity initiatives that align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with over 7 years of HRBP experience.
- Strong ownership of the HRBP role, with a demonstrated ability to drive business success through proactive support.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented professional with a track record of navigating fast-paced environments.
