We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a specialization in Lighting Control System Products, Guest Room Management System and PME System. This role requires technical knowledge in control systems and a proven track record in sales management within the automation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects involving Lighting controls, Guest room management controls and Energy Management system related Confrom conception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with Consultants and Suppliers to define project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and handle tender documents, ensuring compliance and timely submission.
- Prepare and provide timely updates of design-in activities to the management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and target potential clients in the automation industry.
- Set and achieve sales targets and objectives aligned with company goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring profitable agreements.
