ADMIN/ACCOUNTING ROLE

Jjh Boutique Apt Pte. Ltd.

The duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a full set of accounts.
  • Handle data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Execute cheque payments for suppliers/ vendors and manage petty cash.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements.
  • Generate monthly P&L reports using Excel.
  • Prepare schedules for year-end audits.
  • Manage HR and Payroll functions.
  • Submit GST and CPF reports.
  • Attend to phone calls, correspondence, filing, and provide general administrative support.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree/LCCI International Qualification - Level 2
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in the Accounting Department in the hotel industry.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary :$1800 to $2500


Working Hrs: 10am to 6pm/11am to 7pm


Due to quota, Singaporean and Singapore PR only.
