• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Support the IT team in daily system administration tasks
• Help maintain and update IT infrastructure, including servers and databases
• Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations
• Monitor and manage system performance, ensuring optimal functionality
• Assist in cybersecurity measures, including routine security checks and updates
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
• Help with IT documentation, including network diagrams, user guides, and SOPs
• Support data backup, recovery efforts, and disaster recovery planning
• Participate in IT project management and development of new solutions
• Learn and apply new technologies to improve IT processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various IT-related tasks
This role offers hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and systems management within a dynamic business environment.
Requirements:
● NITEC/Dip/Degree in a Computer, Technical, or Information Technology field
● Ability to speak fluent English and Mandarin is a must to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
● Positive attitudes, hardworking, efficient, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
● Good knowledge of Windows products and networking
● Experience in application software support environment with on-site support and implementation will be a plus
● Knowledge of database or programming will be a plus
