Responsibilities:
- Supervising construction activities and monitoring progress, including planning, implementation, and adherence to master and detailed work schedules.
- Collaborating with Engineers regarding Temporary works.
- Coordinating with consultants to address technical issues and align site activities with subcontractors.
- Handling technical and engineering challenges as they arise.
- Providing guidance to supervisors regarding construction tasks, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintenance of quality standards, conducting site inspections, and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Preparing reports and method statements as needed.
- Managing and overseeing workers, closely monitoring their activities to maintain site safety and cleanliness.
- Supervising ongoing site activities diligently.
Job requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related Degree in the relevant field subject.
- Min 3-5 years experience in the construction site / LTA project.
