Location: Gul Circle, Jurong (transport provided)
Duration: 3 months (1st Oct 2024 to 31 Dec 2024 )
Working hours: 8.00am – 5.15pm (Mon – Fri)
Salary: $2200 - $2800
- Job Posting - internal / external resources, advertisement etc.
- Work with department in-charge on the hiring requests.
- Co-ordinate recruitment and selection activities, and arrange/conduct interviews for all levels.
- Prepare offer letter and any other miscellaneous letters.
- New hire on-board induction and follow up on confirmation.
- Application of training courses, training grants & follow-up on after-training evaluation.
- Apply and/or follow-up work passes applications, renewal & cancellation.
- Vendor management for contract foreign employees eg. process of work passes, transport and accommodation matters.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration (eg. employee medical, transport claims etc.).
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Preferably 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in human resources in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of labour laws and human resource practise added advantage.
