The company is a leading independent corporate secretarial and accounting services provider, serving their multinational clients across various industries. Gaining numerous accolades for their outstanding service to their clients, they have a strong brand presence and are now looking for a qualified Accounts Manager to join their expanding team of professionals.
Location: Jurong East (5 mins walk from MRT)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall workflow and performance of the accounting team (6-7 headcount)
- Review and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
- Act as a key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high performance and growth
- Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
Requirements
- Min. 4-6 years of accounting experience in outsourced firms handling accounting services or other corporate advisory services
- Min 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Accounting personnel
- Min. Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field
- Bonus if possess ACCA or CPA certification
- Energetic and self-driven attitude
