Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Tax Manager located in Singapore. Our client is corporate solutions service provider in Singapore. You will be responsible for leading a team of tax associates, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings and submissions for clients. They will develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions while overseeing compliance with direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, corporate tax, and withholding tax, in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. In addition to providing tax advisory services on corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, the Tax Manager will act as the key liaison with IRAS and other tax authorities during audits. Mentoring and developing the tax team is crucial to maintaining high performance and professional growth, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless client service. The role also involves staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and providing necessary training to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accountancy, Law or Economics
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Must be Accredited Tax Practioner/Advisor (GST)
