Senior Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

1. Financial data collection and daily bookkeeping process.
2. Monitoring of cash flows and bank fund movements of each Company or account.
3. Preparation of full set of accounts in accordance with IFRS and management reports required by management and stakeholders.
4. Coordination with external parties such as tax agent, corporate secretaries, external financial advisor and auditors.
5. Any other tasks be assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience with Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional certificate.
2. Understanding of accounting principles and local statutory requirements.
3. Resulted oriented, multi-tasks, and team player.
4. Fast learner, ability to independent thinking and working.
5. Knowledge of MS Excel and Xero.
6. Good communication skills, proficient in Mandarin to communicate with stakeholder.
7. Self-motivation, taking initiative is a prerequisite, good working attitude.
