**Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Singapore (North) on a full-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for cost estimation, Microsoft Project, risk management, construction management, budget management, and problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct cost estimation for projects to ensure financial feasibility.
2. Utilize Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
3. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project uncertainties.
4. Oversee construction management activities to meet project requirements.
5. Manage project budgets effectively to ensure cost control and profitability.
6. Employ problem-solving skills to address project challenges and drive solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. 3-5 years of experience in Construction engineering roles.
2. Proficiency in cost estimation, Microsoft Project, risk management, construction management, and budget management.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities to address project issues effectively.
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders.
6. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment in Singapore (North).

**Salary Range:** SGD 2500 to 4500
