We need someone has got those soft skills
1) Communication skill (listening to HR problems from clients).
2) Time management skill (Several tasks in limited time efficiently).
3) Negotiation skill (between clients and us, services fee and so on).
4) IT Skill (At least can use MS Office and Payroll Software).
5) Research Skill (Keep eyes on any new trend for HR Business).
We will NOT employ someone who has got those bad habits
1) Smokers (Not suitable for consultant role)
2) Lateness person
(If you cannot manage TIME, you can’t manage ANYTHING).
3) Sickness after off days and leaves
(Cannot keep self-control, then cannot proceed your tasks for
clients).
