Position Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and success of our products. You will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Product Strategy and Vision:
· Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
§ Product Planning and Roadmap Creation:
· Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap
§ Product Development:
· Work closely with the engineering team to define product requirements and specifications
· Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
· Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure the product meets quality standards and customer expectations
§ Customer Insights and Feedback:
· Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs and pain points
· Analyse customer data and feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements
§ Go-to-Market Strategy:
· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
· Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
§ Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
· Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and success
· Continuously analyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Qualifications:
§ Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry
· Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products
§ Skills and Competencies:
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
· Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
· Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
§ Technical Knowledge:
· Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
· Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and requirements.
