Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential prospects from provided lists.
- Effectively communicate our company's value proposition and offerings.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within organizations.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified prospects.
- Accurately update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- A confident and persuasive phone manner.
- The ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
